MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITY

Soroptimist International of Vacaville believes in making the world – and our community – a better place for women and girls. We are able to do so because of our annual fundraisers and donations from people like you. We continue to connect with local women in need.

This year, a portion of the proceeds will go to the Vacaville City Firefighters Charity Fund, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting victims of tragedy and underfunded programs in the community.

How can you help? For $100, enjoy a lovely lobster-less dinner for up to four friends, provided by Erica Marie Catering. Your ticket will include salad, bread, entrée and two sides as well as dessert. You may select wine – white or red – or two Brenden Theatre movie tickets. Tax, tip and special packaging not included. Your dinner ticket and wine/movie tickets will be delivered to you. Then make your reservation and pick up your dinner with instructions from Erica Marie Catering.

2020 : Adopt a Local Graduating Senior

I-80 Forklift participated in “adopting" a local 2020 graduating Senior with a basket of goodies. The purpose of this event is to " celebrate our Seniors… show them how special they are and to send them something special!"

“I-80 Forklift adopted this beautiful young lady who inspires to go to medical school in the Fall.  Although she will not get to experience creating a lifetime memory of walking the stage to receive her diploma, our hope was this small gesture will give her a fond memory of her graduating year." Says Michelle Strand.
